Asheville Wedding Photographer | Biltmore Village Inn

Another beautiful Biltmore Village Inn wedding is on the blog this afternoon! I love shooting at the Biltmore Village Inn. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and intimate and it seems all of my brides there are so laid back and fun to work with. Mandi and Charlie were no exception! They were both so wonderful to work with. Their ceremony was on a beautiful June afternoon, with only close family there to witness their wedding. It was a small and sweet ceremony.

Congratulations on your marriage Mandi and Charlie!:)

Portrait Photographer in Asheville, N.C. | Justin Headshots

I have done a terrible job of blogging this past year! I am beginning to realize I will never catch up and I need to start fresh. So, here’s to being a better blogger;)

I met Justin at his home to do some headshots for him. What a beautiful piece of property they own! From fields, to woods and barns with graffiti, it was every photographers dream place for a session because it had a mix of everything! Justin was outgoing and up for everything:) It was so much fun working with him.

Here are a few of my favorite shots from his session!

Asheville, N.C. Engagement Photography | Downtown Asheville

Dylan and Shanna were the sweetest and most photogenic couple! Dylan is my husbands cousin so I have known him for quite some time. This was the first time I met Shanna and she couldn’t have been nicer (and check out her perfect waves … I have hair envy!). We started our session in downtown Asheville in a back alley. They were fun and playful and up for anything! After walking around downtown for a while we headed to Dylan’s family’s apple orchard out in Canton. It was such a beautiful and peaceful location! Really, any photographers dream. There weren’t just apples, there were also peach trees, berry bushes and fields of long beautiful grass. We walked down to the bottom on the property and there was a river. Dylan and Shanna were such good sports and rolled their pants up to get in the river for some shots:)

I had the best time photographing this sweet couple and I can’t wait to photograph the wedding in August!!

N.C. Arboretum Family Photographer | Asheville, North Carolina

I love love love this family! This is my second time photographing them and the first time photographing the littlest addition (no, those boys aren’t twins, just so close in age and both super cute!). Not only is this family obviously beautiful, they really are such a nice family too. I couldn’t wait to photograph this session. The last time I saw Brooke she was just a few months pregnant and didn’t know yet if the baby was a boy or a girl! We took some family pictures as well as just some of the boys.

Brooke is a Beauty Counter consultant so we did some headshots of her as well. Beauty Counter is a chemical free line that makes safe products for you and your little ones! I use their tinted moisturizer and LOVE it!:)

Welcome the beautiful Kern family to the blog!

Biltmore Village Inn Elopement | Asheville, N.C.

The Biltmore Village Inn is located close to Biltmore Village and such a beautiful location with gorgeous mountain views for an elopement or small wedding! The Inn itself is just as pretty:)

On Tricia and Wally’s wedding day it rained buckets. They were supposed to be married outside with the mountains as a backdrop but the weather had different plans. They were married on the huge wraparound porch and it was just as intimate and beautiful. They had such a lovely ceremony filled with smiles, tears and lots of excitement. I’m so glad I could be there to photograph their wedding!
