I was so excited to see these boys again after doing a session with them this past spring! The McElreath family reminds me so much of my own family, just one year ahead. Their boys are 2 and 4 and so full of energy! Their oldest son loves trains. A lot. I’ve never met another child who is as obsessed with trains as Baylee. I’m pretty sure our boys should be friends!:) This family is so laid back and up for anything! They even let their boys play in the creek towards the end of the session so we could get some great lifestyle shots! Thank you for allowing me to capture your family photos once again. I had a blast:)
Keri and Keenan’s wedding day was so perfect! From the moment that I walked in and met the girls in what could be the coolest loft in Asheville, to the moment Keri and Keenan left the reception through a row of sparklers it was perfect. Keri’s attention to detail was amazing and unique. She was calm and kind the entire time (no bridezilla here). The love they have for each other was so obvious and real. The way Keenan looked at Keri throughout the night was so sweet. Seriously, I loved this wedding and the people in it!
Congratulations Keri and Keenan! Enjoy your new lives together in Canada:)
I can’t even believe these two boys are as big as they are! A few years ago, before I had children, I used to nanny for them. When I first started they were 15 months and almost 3 years old. They have grown into such handsome boys! My three year old, Baylee, looks up to them and gets so excited every time he gets to play with them! You should expect to see this family again soon in the next month or so. Collier and Miles are getting ready to welcome a new baby brother into the family in September and I am the lucky one who gets to photograph him!:)
The Mull family is from south Florida and were on vacation in Asheville and wanted family photos taken with the beautiful mountain scenery. They went to visit the Biltmore Estate earlier in the day and came back that same evening for their session. I am SO glad they contacted me. Being a stay at home mom and photographer can sometimes be lonely with the lack of adult interaction so it’s always fun for me to get away for photos sessions, especially with people as fun and kind as this family! They were up for anything and I drug them around to a few different spots at the Estate. Thanks for being awesome you guys!:)
Alison is one of my oldest friends. We met back in elementary school and spent much of middle school and some of high school together! Her mom made a comment that Ali doesn’t do anything that isn’t big. Looking back on all the years I have known her I completely agree! If anyone was going to get pregnant with twins, it was going to be Ali:) I couldn’t have been any more excited when her parents contacted me about doing her maternity session. Not only was I excited to photograph her, I was excited to just get to see her! She looks absolutely beautiful pregnant and I couldn’t keep my hands off that belly! I can’t wait to photograph these two boys once they make their arrival into this world … hopefully not anytime soon though!
